About us

One institute, four wings, a single teaching standard.

Brightpath Academy began as a small tuition class in Sector 21, Newtown, and grew one wing at a time — Junior, Senior, College and Competitive — adding a batch only when we could put a full-time subject teacher in front of it. Today we teach CBSE, ICSE, ISC and MP Board students from Class 1 to Class 12, college students in engineering, management and commerce subjects, and aspirants preparing for police, railway, defence and state recruitment exams.

Our mission

To give every student in Newtown access to patient, well-prepared teaching — whether they are in Class 3, appearing for boards, clearing a college backlog or preparing for a government exam.

Our vision

A learning centre where a student's confidence grows faster than their marks, and where parents always know exactly where their child stands.

Our values

Small batches over big enrolments, honest feedback over comfortable praise, and consistency over shortcuts.

Teaching methodology

Four steps we repeat all year

No secret method — just a sequence we never skip, for every batch and every subject.

01

Diagnose before teaching

Every new student takes a short baseline test so we know which earlier chapters need repair before the current syllabus begins.

02

Teach the concept, then the paper

Each topic is taught from first principles on the board, then practised in the exact format the board exam will ask for.

03

Test every week

Saturday chapter tests and monthly full papers, with answer discussion in the very next class so mistakes never settle in.

04

Report and correct

A written progress sheet goes home every month, and parents meet the subject teacher to agree on what changes next.

Director's message

"The future begins here — but it begins with attention, not advertising."

Before starting Brightpath, I taught at a large coaching chain where ninety students sat in one hall. I could not name half of them. That is not teaching — that is broadcasting.

So we built Brightpath around one constraint: a teacher must be able to look at a test paper and know, without checking a register, which chapter that student struggles with. Everything else — the weekly tests, the doubt hour, the monthly parent meeting — exists to protect that constraint. It holds for a Class 4 student, a 12th PCM student, a B.Com backlog paper and a constable aspirant alike.

If you are looking for guaranteed ranks and big banners, we are not the right place. If you want your child taught patiently, tested honestly and reported on truthfully, come and sit in on a class at Sector 21. That invitation is always open.
